Last night Siavash informed Big Brother that he wanted to leave the House so that he could go and apologise to his ex-girlfriend for his behaviour with Noirin. This morning he went to the Diary Room again (and again) to give Big Brother an update.

"Biggie," he said, by way of greeting.

"Hello Siavash. How are you today?" asked Big Brother.

"Good, good," he mumbled. "Had a good sleep. Still, to be honest with you, not sure which way to go. I'm thinking about it and trying to see the positive sides [of staying]. I'm not enjoying it with the whole thing in the back of my mind. The fun is gone."

Big Brother reminded Siavash that if he stays until the final, he can put across his side of the story to Davina, but if he leaves, he won't get that chance.

"I never do stuff and run away from the consequences," he explained, "but it will be another episode of upsetting the people concerned."

"If you leave the day before the final, you'll never know if you could have won," pointed out Big Brother.

"Yeah..." agreed Siavash. "But that's the thing - if I stay, then when I leave it's a half-****d apology. I will never know whether if I had left the day before, things would be different. Which one is more important to me?"

Big Brother encouraged him to think over the pros and cons: "Over the years, Big Brother has become very accustomed to housemates telling Big Brother they want to leave the House. Big Brother wants you to know that on the whole, the majority of people who leave via the back door come to regret this decision. Big Brother is informing you of this so you are aware of all the facts."

"People come into this House for different reasons," replied Siavash. "Not to say I'm cooler or better, but I don't need the whole interview with Davina, the glorious moment. The moment of glory don't mean **** all to me. To me, the moment of glory is when I do something that is right."

After much more discussion, Siavash decided to go away and have yet another think about what to do.

An hour later, he returned to the Diary Room and told Big Brother, "I feel much better. I hope I don't regret this, but I will stay and see how far the public will take me."

We'll soon see...

Grrrrr...

one of the most frustrating things about big Brother is when housemates go into the diary room and say they want to leave...only to not.

Stop wasting our time. If you want to leave make your mind up before entering the diary room and demand that you be let out. Anything else is clearly attention seeking.

none of this sleeping on it nonsense, grow a pair people and do it.

Producers wet dream right there. BB knows how to edit threats to walk in an annoying way which puts people off housemates. That will be Siavash out of the running to win and all steam ahead for Sophie

Great to have stupid pointless time-wasting from him because I sure haven't had enough?

I wouldn't even mind if he had some ACTUAL moral dilemma but this has to be the dumbest most contrived pointless go-nowhere means-nothing back and forth 'dilemma' that once again wastes everyones time.

If ever there was a HM to simply sweep out the door at 5th or 4th place - whisk him through interviews as fast as possible and shew him right out the back door. Nobody ask anything about this nominating or walk-out business either. Don't even bring it up. Just speed him out and away and spend more time on other HMs coming next.

Well now I am glad that I voted for Rodrigo.... Siavashs' behaviour really annoys me sometimes....and this is one of those times.
He is sooooo desperate to win....craves attention by trying to do the morally correct thing... ie.Not nominating... now leaving a day before the final so that he can put things right for his GF.Trying to make out winning means nothing to him.
Siavash is only interested in Siavash.If he is so morally correct then why did he get it together with Noirin in the first place...with his GF watching and right under the nose of his friend Marcus...knowing how much he liked her.
He is just after 'airtime' on the final HL show.... He is SOOOOO desperate to win.

Having said all that... I would still rather see him win over Sophie/Charlie and David.

Only on Wednesday he was near favorite at 7/4 to win Big Brother (sophie was evens) but then he showed his true colours.

Now after going to bed sulking over the Noirin video hes out to 8/1 and now its 1/4 Sophie and 8/1 Siavash

did he just realize that cheating on his girlfriend and dumping her on national tv was shameful??
it sure took him a long loooong time to feel guilty, he never talked about it to bb before.
siavash and charlie's diary room antics always seem to be so fake, forced, unnatural, and prepared.

He has talked to BB about it before actually, on several occasions, also to Sophie and Rodrigo.
