'If your tribe has the majority, you get three elimination votes and immunity for the next round.'

Does that apply to who is in the tribe too?

The people in the losing tribe are up for elimination.

The people in the winning tribe vote for who they want to be eliminated, but the Tribe leader of the winning tribe gets a vote that counts for 3 people.
