Default Mouth ulcers.

Has anyone on here have any advice for how to cope with mouth ulcers?

I suffer from huge ones right in the corner of my mouth where my teeth meet, which means that every time I talk or worse, eat, it is extremely painful.

Thanks

Vinegar.

Stings like crazy, but makes them shift quicker.

you should try TCP... pour a little bit into a glass of water and get gargling... it's not terribly tasty as you might know but It really works!!!

I went to the chemist and brought ' Adcortyl in Orabase for Mouth Ulcers (Triamcinolone Acetonide)'. Quite pricey for a small tube but worth it.

You put it on overnight and by the next morning its near enough healed. It's like super glue and gives the ulcer time to dry out and heal itself.
