He could have at least done what I would have done, which is copy Jack Nicholson's character in 'the shining' - So he Should have started weeping in the kitchen and looked into Nicola's eyes looking confused and like he had the fear of God put into him, and say "I dreamt I killed you!....only I didn't just kill you. I chopped you up into tiny little pieces!" Then he'd cover his face with his hands. Pull them down over his face and say "I think im losing my mind"
Then he could cry a little bit and start displaying increasingly bizzare behaviour.
Would have been TV gold
