Default Three performances

Three performances by your favourite artist or act to justify why they're you're favourite.

If you have two favourite artists can you post three for both?

Alright Now 2001

I just love how she covered it and worked the stage, you could tell she had totally absorbed the music and her voice works magnificently well with the guitar rifts.

It's A Man's World 2007

Pretty stunning, perhaps the performance of her entire career, standing ovation. She put SO much emotion into it she just sang every ounce of oxygen she had in her.

Beautiful 2003

I just love the simplicity of it. No huge stage performances, glossy back drops, fancy costumes, just her connecting with the audience through a beautiful song.

no just one, it has to be your ultimate. but for variation in the thread you may as well do GaGa and let one of the other Britney fans do her :P

Ok then:

Lady Gaga-

I just love this performance. So dramatic, so theatrical, so.. gory? &amazing vocals!

This performance is so special IMO. It was her first time performing on a TV show as big as American Idol. Her vocals are stunning, I love how much energy she puts into the performance. Even though, she was dreadfully ill and needed a doctor when she did this performance, she pulled it off.

Such a special moment in her career. Performing with one of her biggest idols, and one of the worlds biggest stars. Amazing and clever. Well thought out.

American Music Awards, X Factor and Imagine came really close.

Proves he's still got it. Amazing version.

Because it's the perfect piece of visual art. He paved the way for outlandish and flamboyant performances.

...I wish I was there.

Best version of Live Forever and this pretty much shows how good they are.

A great version on Gas Panic!

Very hard narrowing the Queen Of Pop's iconic preformances down. Here it goes.

Family Affair / Keep It Together - Blond Ambition Live Tour

Nobody Knows Me - Re-invention Tour

Vogue - Sticky & Sweet Tour

Also would include Vogue (1990 VMA), Like A Virgin (Every single preformance of it) , Like A Prayer (Sticky & Sweet / Haiti) , La Isla Bonita (Confessions) and the one where Britney kissed...

Simply stunning, Muse are easily one of the best live bands around.

Knights of Cydonia is fantastic live and I love soem of the new kinks in this version.

I adore this, plus Matt Bellamy has a very rare talent.....Very few men can pull off all red outfits

Right I'm gonna leave The Circus Tour outta this because that would be my entire 3.Oh and this is since comeback as well.

Could It be Magic-Beautiful World 2007(can't find the DVD version of this on YT so here's a fan vid...)

The vocals on this are amazing and the guys just put everything into it. The visuals are stunning and seeing this live was breathtaking

Said It All-Jonathan Ross-2009

They always seem to do amazing performances on Jonathan Ross-Rule the World was amazing too. The emotion in this performances gets me everytime. Mark's bit is a gem.

Rule The World-Children in Need Rock The Royal Albert Hall-2009

Again with the emotion! Gary's dad died 5 weeks before this concert and he dedicated this to him. Very emotional. Immense performance, one of the best of RTW I've seen

Funny that I chose Gary songs when I love Mark ones.

This is a little funny because two of the tracks don't feature the lead singer or the full band backing but whatever. I'm a Goreaholic.

And you thought my username was just to provoke reaction? One of the Martin Gore vocal tracks from 1993's Devotional tour. Amazing voice, amazing emotion. He is the dude in my signature. Main songwritter for the band.

From 2006's Playing The Angel tour. Check out the now traditional arm waving at the end. Epic.

This one has a special place in my heart for two reasons.

1. I was in attendance.
2. It's my favourite track of all time.
3. It's an acoustic performance of said track.

Incredible emotion. From 2009's Tour Of The Universe.

just chaos when 'the kill' really kicks in. i actually adore this and the jump from their acoustic to the full on insanity is incredible. jared is such a legend and this proves why.
