Default Top 5s - Current Director: Martin Scorsese [Vote Now!]

This is a thread on the music page which I thought we'd adapt to directors

Basically, list your top 10 [or however many you like, no more than 10 though] films by the director in the title - 1st. out of ten earns 10 points, 10th earns 1 point, etc.
Some directors people will not be able to think of 10 for so this may change to 5

I then add up all the points to find out TiBB's favourite films by each director.

yes I've basically copy and pasted the text

Director #1 - Steven Spielberg 1 Jurassic Park 2 Schindler's List 3 Saving Private Ryan 4 E.T. 5 Jaws

4.Schindler's List
5.Close Encounters of the Third Kind

1. Raiders of the Lost Ark
2. E.T
3. Schindler's List
4. Jaws
5. Hook
6. Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade
7. Indiana Jones and the temple of Doom
8. Jaws
9. Munich
10. Saving Private Ryan.

That was hard, I'm not really much of a fan of Spielberg's his films are overated except for a few.

Ooh fun!

1) Jaws
2) Saving Private Ryan
3) The Terminal
4) Jurassic Park
5) Close Encounters of the Third Kind
6) E.T
7) Minority Report
8) Catch Me if You Can
9) Schindler's List
10) Raiders of the Lost Ark

*I've never seen Munich. I'll add it to my 'to see list'.
** And I agree with Setanta, I think top 5 will be enough for directors. Spielberg is obviously a different case.

I agree with Gary and Setanta, Top 5 is probably a better choice.

For the more known directors I think we can manage 10 but will go down to 5.
