Default Bring Back The A-Team

Anyone watch this fantastic show tonight, about possibly the best TV show EVER?

They got an interview with Mr T, and reunited Dirk Benedict, Dwight Schultz, the girl who played Tawnia (How gorgeous is she still? ) Colonel Lynch, Colonel Dekker, General Fulbright, Stephen J Cannell and the son of George Peppard.

They all seem like great people, who all agreed George Peppard was trouble.

Absolutely magnificent show, fronted by the excellent Justin Lee Collins.

JLC is a great talent, I love his turn of phrase.

I did prefer the Grange Hill episode, though.

I enjoyed the Grange Hill episode. I missed the A Team one last night though.

What did they mean when they all said George Peppard was trouble? Did they not like him?

He refused to talk to Mr T after a while, using Dirk Benedict as a go between. He couldn't handle the fact, Mr T was the fans favourite

He also didn't want a girl on the series, and had a big part in getting rid of them. He told the girl that played Tawnia on her first day, he didn't want her there.

He was a right piece of work by all accounts.

I taped the show and saw it this afternoon

GP could not handle the fact that

1) Mr T was paid more
2) Although he was a Hollywood film star He was not the star, Mr T was
3) He had to audition, and Mr T did not.

The one question not resolved was why was the show cancelled, did Justine not ask the writer that one?

Justin did a great job with this show.

Although it is a direct copy of the VH1 show Bands Reunited.

Thanks for the info I'm hoping that there will be a repeat of this show soon.

Watched it again today, on VHS.

Fantastic. The 3 guys (Murdoch, Face and B.A.) were fantastic guys, and the lady who played Tawnia, is absolutely gorgeous still, even better than back then.

I hope it's repeated for you soon Ruth.
