is anorexia on the rise and why ?

with all due respect,
are we not bombarded about a larger size,
the health costs to people and the n-h-s,
now anorexia is on a 10 fold rise.
young people are being diagnosed,
but what is the cause,
i will feed you magazines and the internet,
i hope they make you pause.
the media are responsible,
communication is the link,
the mixed messages that they are sending,
will leave us on the brink.
we have laws in this country,
but unfortunately the media and businesses abuse,
because as long as they are making money,
they wont care if they confuse.
so expect models to get thinner,
and the nation will no doubt get fatter,
my advice is 3 square health meals a day,
now the joe closes this matter.

this was on the news this morning and i am very confused as we have all this healthy eating advertiseing and yet it is not working, then on the other hand we have think models that are not normal and they are still working and getting there message across < is it any wounder young people are confused? the joes advice is eat 3 healthy square meals a day and you will be fine. be your own person and do not be brain washed by what you are seeing <

Example a child takes a lunch Box to School
the Nasty teacher takes out bits and scares that child Forever.


So yes it is on the Rise.

On a lighter note, I can say with hand on heart that I have never had any problems with anorexia. I just have to look at a bar of chocolate and I put on 2 stone.

I have to walk over 30 miles a week just to keep a normal weight.

sometimes you just reach a point where you are easily confused and go off on a weird route, such as anorexia to try and get to where you want to be

i was never anorexic but had problems with eating before when i was younger....now i dont care...

it is a control issue and an issue (usually) with your mother relationship.
