OOOOOOOOOOO% - Sanjay's turn
OOOOOOOOOO% - Rachel's turn
OOOOOOOO% - Veronica's turn
OOOOOO% - Liam's turn
OOOO% - Billy's turn
OO% - Sanjay's turn
% Rachel's turn

This leaves Veronica with the % and she becomes the first one out. Simples?
