The sale benefited GetConnected, a charity that offers a helpline for young people who find themselves in difficulties. It has not been Mr Mugan's only purchase. “I also bought a bottle of whisky signed by Gordon Brown for £1,000 and tickets to a fashion show in London for £2,000. That includes travel by limousine from Southend, with champagne, so is great value. I like the concept. I get to buy unique things and help others.”

if you had half a brain he already discussed this on live feed and his ex girlfriend paid for these things as his birthday present.
