About 3.9m more than C4 would get at any other time at 9pm on a weekday with another programme

hmmm only a slight increase then. Thought it would have been slightly higher than that myself? Still. Would you care to predict the final show figures?

I don't know if historically the numbers have increased as the programme has gone on, but it sounds about right, so for the final live show, I say it should hit the 6 Million mark.

I personally though the live eviction shows would have been over 5million as they have been for previous series.

I think with it being warm, World Cup ect people are out more, even Corrie only got 7.7million on Friday!!, i think they will start to increase.

The finale of BB7 i predict it will get an average of 6.7Million, peaking at 8million when the winner is announced

What's BBLB up against at 7:30pm on a wednesday night?? Apart from the lure of your local that is. Those are nasty numbers!!

Corrie, trauma, totp2-world cup special and c4 news, BBLB seems to be losing it's appeal.

Maybe its just a blip, i mean being on E4, and at 7.30pm its very unlikley it will ever get over 1million, it has usually been getting bewteen 300,000 - 500,000

The ratings were down across the board last night for some programmes...

Emmerdale only got 6.1
Holby City 3.9 (terrible for them!)
The Bill 4.2 Mill

Looks like the ratings are holding up... the average for each series has been around that, and eviction nights increase it.

BIG BROTHER 1 (2000)
4.7 million/26% share

BIG BROTHER 2 (2001)
4.6 million/24% share

BIG BROTHER 3 (2002)
5.8 million/28% share

BIG BROTHER 4 (2003)
4.6 million/22% share

BIG BROTHER 5 (2004)
5.0 million/25% share

BIG BROTHER 6 (2005)
4.4 million/22% share

CBB3 (2005)
4.2 million 17% share
CBB3 Launch: 5.3 million. Peaked at 5.7 million

CBB4 (2006)
4.8 million 19% share

The World Cup might affect it though, In my opinion they should have left BB at 10:00 pm. Especially since I'd able to watch Big Brother when the matches finish!

There is a theory though that the anyone that doesn't watch who doesn't watch the World Cup will watch Big Brother as an alternative.

Good point, that will probably affect ratings quite a bit, but it depends when matches are on
