Look, she is the only one in there that gives it to him straight, you should be respecting that and being thankful for it. She is right, he needs to stop arguing with everyone. She is actually doing him a favour, if JJ carries on like he is he will be up and gone next Friday.

JJ respects Josie and someone needs to tell him the reality of the situation and as a friend thats her job.

Don't like JJ, but he had a point - Sunshine went out there to talk to him - he couldn't leave the task - so IMO, Sunshine should have left him alone and Josie shouldn't have stuck her oar in.
