Ben did not agree with Dave that any prize money should go to anyone in particular,Ben's point is that everyone has their own causes and charities and that it is a bit off for people to make a decision that the winner will do 'X' with the money without consulting everyone. Especially in a situation like this where people can't really say no without looking like a git.

He might have someone close to him who needs the money but, as he is more of a private person than the others who like to blab about every element of their life, he can't share that.

He is also honest enough to say that he's not happy with this situation. The others may agree and then not make good on their promise. He's just straight-forward enough to say what others may be thinking.

Besides unless the idea came from Josie or Corin, I'd suspect that it was someone sulking that they weren't going to win and coming up with a respectable way of taking away from the winner & looking good themselves in the process.Ben said anyone now will have to go along or they will be seen as a toe rag,i think he's right.

Absolultely daft whoever came up with this idea. They aren't even half way through and there are still new HM to come in. BB should not allow them to speak about the prize money and everytime it gets mentioned it should decrease by Ł10,000. Methinks someone is trying to curry favour with the viewers.

I agree with him fully, I like Dave but it is very silly to suggest Steve deserves the money, it is whoever wins money and they should choose what they do with it. I would imagine Steve himself disagrees with this [not got LF on].

Normal is for the winner to get the prize and as the winner have the right to decide what they wish to do with it.

If everyone on this forum who are feeling so generous actually got together and set up a fund in Steve's name and each of them contributed I am sure that they could get Steve two really good legs. Let these who have so much to say put THEIR money where their mouth is!

You missed the point of what I was saying. I wasnt talking about the money sharing thing, I was talking about the constant spin put out around here by various people (I'm not allowed to name them apparently) trying to re invent Ben as honest, genuine or whatever, when he has shown himself anything but repeatedly.
