Just popped into newsagents for daughter's copy of heat and flicking through came to Page 24 and there in all their glory - a full page photo of our favourite couple.

With Big Brother 4 about to hit our screens in a matter of weeks, we're pleased to see that two former BB housemates are still as close as they once were.

Helen Adams and Paul Clkarke have been an items since that legendary meal in BB2. The loved-up pair moved in together in February and share a flat in High Barnet, north London. And by all reports, their romance is still going strong.

Although the duo are not quite living our Paul's draam life of an 'international pop star', Helen has told Heat she's got a big TV deal up her sleeve (see page 78)

Now we've just got to wait for BB4 to bring us a new installment of will-they-won't-they romantic action ...

I was thrilled to little pieces to see this, although I note Mr Clarke isn't wearing that ring

They look happy, they look like a couple who are just 'used to each other'. (i.e. he is striding away and no doubt telling her to get a move on, whilst she hops and skips on her little legs to keep up with him.

Yey!! I read this as well and was chuffed that heat had put a photo in of them!

Their expressions seem to suggest that they are amused at being papped.

The article about what the ex-housemates are doing seems to go for quantity rather than quality. It has a small caption underneath every person's photo saying what they did before BB, what their dream job was and what they are doing now and spreads to 3 pages (one for each series).

And .... P & H are on the front page of heat, well they are small photos of their heads to advertise the article, but at least they're on the front page.

Going back to the photograph I think our Helen better get her scissors out, looks like Paul is sadly in need of a trim.

Also notice he seems to have grown very hairy arms. Not that I've looked at the photograph in great detail.

They do look really relaxed and happy, don't they? Great to see them featured in Heat again, especially Paul , after such a barren period of no news and no new pics.

Thank you SO much BusyBee for the information about H&P's piccie being in Heat this week and thank you too ROB for the preview. I had to wait until after work before rushing to Tesco's for my copy. I wonder if the sales of Heat have shot up this week?

Isn't it lovely to see them together and looking so happy and relaxed with one another? I agree that Paul looks a little more "chunky" than in the house but I seem to remember him saying he'd lost an awful lot of weight in there.

This has really made my day.

Nice pic, they both look good to me. If Paul's put on a bit of weight, that's ok. It's a sign of contentment, and Helens looking really great.

I brought Heat magazine today because i saw the bit on BB in the top left hand corner and was very pleased with the Paul and Helen pick, it's about time we saw them in heat magazine again I also liked the what are they doing now part of the mag on all the past contestants from BB

They both look really happy,I wonder why Helen hasn't told them about her new Salon and why the NOTW didn't know about her exciting new tv deal

Its a good job we dont all live in the same area they would have ran out of heat mags in next to no time. I decided to look at heat for the first time in ages i hoped that Helen would be in it because i missed the news of the world on sunday.But it was so good to see that some nice people had posted up on the site with not just a write up but pictures as well thanks to you all. Perhaps we will have more pictures in the next few weeks just to remind us of the best big brother so far .

I bought Heat for the first time since, well the last time H and P were in it.
(On a side note isn't it annoying how the ink sticks to your fingers when you read the magazine?)

In the 'Where are they now?' bit it says Amma doesn't want to be contacted. It sounds like she might be regretting doing the BB thing. And I wonder which websites Elizabeth has designed.
