Sticks I've seen more of these bl**dy vans over the last two days than I have seen in months. We also have a P and H skip and scaffolding service which are based near where I live. So I shall have reminders all the time.

I just had a really hard workout at the gym - 2 hours of cross training rowing, ab crunching, cycling, and weight pulling and pushing. It made me feel a lot better. The knot in the tum went for all of say - two minutes.

Then I got in the car, a P&H van cut me up as I tried to turn into my road, and Roger Sanchez's Another Chance came on the radio.
