When you have newbies come into the house and basically tell you who the favourites are, wouldn't it make sense to the rest of them to nominate those ones, thereby eliminating some of the competition? i.e.two faves up against each other - one of them's got to go!

Well no. Because going against public favourites can make you a villain. I'd think theyre more likely to suck up to the favourites to get airtime. And have some of their popularity rub off on them hopefully.

You get friends with the favs and become a fav yourself, then you vote them off.
