Prerecorded. it is about 15 minutes delay when we see the show.
Live show means Davina is talking to the house Live in real time, not that the whole show is Live, just in case anything goes wrong.

Well we found out by BB's Twitter. It said that (not exact) "Nathan has been evicted". This spoiled the Live Show, and on BBLB the next day, Emma Willis and George Lamb apologized.

Yes. I think that is how the person that posted found out. And if I remember correctly someone also had a phone call from a friend in the eviction night crowd.

Think of evictions like the live feed. There is a 15 minute delay to cut out any swearing and more during the day on Live Feed, but for evictions there is a 15 minute delay, but not to cut out swearing or anything, it is to make sure nothing goes wrong during the Live Show. Have you noticed how they close the phone lines about 45 minutes before? You may have thought you can just keep track of every call and close the lines like 30 seconds before Davina speaks to the house. It would be possible doing that, but they need to verify the calls, and count them again. Regardless if they have an automated system that keeps track of how many people phoned up. And then in Big Brother's Big Mouth, that is on a 15 minute delay too. Because on TV, if the main eviction show finished at 11:25pm and Big Brother's Big Mouth starts at something like 11:15pm, then in actual time, like if you were at the studio, the main show will finish at 11:10pm. They could make it so the main show finishes at 11:10pm and Big Brother's Big Mouth starts at 11:15pm, which gives Davina 5 minutes to get to the studio or get ready, a drink of water, for example.

No BBBM starts at 11:24PM , infact.
Errors on TV listings are common.
