Don't think so? He apparently reports a load of people on comments they have posted. I think quite a few people want him permanently banned and I think most of the mods now think "enough is enough". Shame.. I quite liked Thomas C.

Thomas C - permanent, after doing some research we found that Thomas C had been trolling another forum doing the exact same thing there (don't ask which one we won't say). Thomas was given many chances to stop doing this here along with baiting and causing arguments on the forum. Sadly he didn't take our advice and is now banned.
