Who does he thinks he's kidding with this tough guy who doesnt give a damn act?

Sorry honey but your phoney persona has been blown right out of the water over the past few weeks. Blubbing in the DR like a scaredy cat little girl at the thought of Nathan waiting to smack you up!

Piss off back to Oz you have zero credibility left. Only schoolkids seem to be still impressed.

Do you realise it doesn't matter anymore? They will hear it and say it regardless. If not now then tomorrow, next month, next year, when they grow up, etc. It really does not make the slightest bit of difference whether they hear swearing or not anymore. We're not living in the 19th Century.

Parents should be protecting children from the real dangers in life, not four letter words.

Because that's all it is, really. A four letter word. It's not important. No word is. They're just...words.

Oh FFS Jack.

If he's told not to swear then don't effing swear! Not hard to understand really.

It's not his show and if he can't control himself then GT FO. We've heard him swearing enough already and its not impressive. He's a phoney.

Bullied as a weak little piss drip of a boy so now as an adult he's desperately trying to front as a tough guy. Er, ok. Except he does now hold the record for biggest crybaby male HM in BB history!

Absolute wus.

Heard of an accident? I'm sure 90% of people in this thread have sworn at a time when they were not supposed to. It happens...

And it has happened to many past HM's and presenters before.

Yeah, don't get me wrong, his faux pas was quite funny, but lets not pretend anyone can paint this as some sort of unconscious rebellion against censorship.

The issue is about a man incapable of controlling himself for a few minutes on live TV.

All of which means he will not get asked back as much. So it's a shot in the foot really.

Still impressed, JJ fans?

All a question of standards. And choice.
I choose not to swear in front of kids, mine or otherwise, my kids return the respect by not swearing in front of me, and they are now 26 and 28.
I do choose to watch BB, swearing included, it is all part of observing how the other half live. I do not however expect such language before the watershed. The rules are there for a reason.
As to JJames swearing, I am sure he did not go out of his way to swear, it just rolls off the end of his tongue without a thought. As I say, down to standards.
We are all different, all have different standards and what is right for one might not be right for another. It would not do for us all to be the same.

jack, can I ask , do you have kids

for me the swearing stuff is simply manners and having respect for others and something I try to teach my kids to try and have. If you teach them that then they are less likely to go down wrong paths imo

I know there are far worse things in the world than a four letter word and I am not stupid enough to think my kids will never use them, but at 9 and 12 they dont yet ( they are still at the poo stage) and i prefer them not to see it on the box for an ex inmate trying to look cool and hard when we all know, except his few fans that remain, he aint

Most people including myself have no interest in seeing the ex housemates on tv after they leave the house.

... But if someone uses the "F" word on here the post is deleted & the user receives an infraction/ban... So TIBB finds that word offensive enough for it not to be used on here? So your point is??

And no one said he should be for saying it, we had moved the conversation onto swearing on TV in general which a couple of posters have said should be allowed on TV, no matter what time of day... Your thoughts?

I love how people are going on as if this is the worst possible thing that could ever happen.

Also as if JJ is the first person to ever swear on daytime TV

And I dont understand why they didn't beep it...its not actually live, theres at least a 5 minute delay
