Default Can someone help me
Ive been trying to download iTunes but the download keeps getting stuck at 99% and fails.
Has someone got the iTunes setup file? And if you have is there any way you could send it to me via email? I would really appreciate it.

I think the setup file would be to big to send via email, do you have any previous versions of iTunes installed?

No. I have swapped computers and I couldn't find the setup file on my old computer. I thought it would be ok and I would just be able to download it, but I can't.

Make sure the account you are using on the computer is administrator. If it is administrator already try using a different browser.

If neither of those work maybe you are downloading the wrong version.
Do you have 32x bit or 64x bit windows because that caused me a problem at first but it is easily resolved?

I'm not sure what it is. But Im gonna try and download the 64x bit one and see if I get any further.

Im using IE8 and the 64x bit download froze at 1% which is even worse than the 32x bit. Im so frustrated!!!

IE?

Try Firefox, Googe Chrome, Opera, Safari. Most people have FF and Chrome anyway.

IE has so many problems.

Chrome wouldn't download but I downloaded Firefox, and downloaded iTunes without any problems. Thanks for all the help Jessica
