I know right? My muscles around my knee kept convulsing so the pain was real bad

How far out did you kneecap go? Mine was only around and inch or so.

had full dislocation so my knee cap was right out to left of leg (to point it almost snapped ligaments etc)

Ouch guess you were pretty lucky you didn't snap any ligaments then. My injury is like nothing compared to yours! And plus I only actually screwed it up by turning around awkwardly lol!
