Cowell needs to remind himself that Louis is there to judge and give his opinion. He's not there as Cowell's whipping boy - Simon is getting way out of hand, used to respect the man but after the way he's behaved with both Danni and Louis this year - all respect lost.

Perhaps the contract is such that it' not quite as easy as you think : plus they still have acts there that they are mentoring. I think both of them have that little thing called morals as far as them being mentors.
