She's hardly the most sparkling personality on the planet ... and that's exactly why the PR team were the real faliures and the ones who should inherit the lions share of the blame.

A laughably unremarkable song propped up in the age of Telephone by what was a disturbingly boring, plodding video. No PR blitz. No attempt whatsoever to make her a personable performer. Nothing.
