MTV’s Jersey Shore reality star Angelina Pivarnick is being sued for alleged “violent assault” on clubgoer at the Trump Taj Mahal Hotel in Antlantic City, according to TMZ. Keep reading for the details…

TMZ reports Jersey Shore’s hated castmember got involved in a fight with Melissa Mayne while on her way to a Celebrity Boxing match.

According to TMZ, Mayne’s lawsuit, filed Dec. 28, says Pivarnick grabbed her, hit her face, threw a glass in her face, and chucked her cell phone across the room.

Pivarnick told TMZ she feels she was “set up, “stating: “That night I feel I was provoked, taunted, and harassed into a fight.”

Pivarnick tells Radar Online Mayne kept harassing her, following her to get a photo and cursing at her, even though the reality star agreed to have her picture taken later.

“She never got knocked out and in fact she said to me, ‘I’m going to take all your money, and then blew me kisses,” Pivarnick tells Radar Online.

TMZ’s video footage of the brawl shows the two exchanging insults and violent threats, with Pivarnick even calling Maynard the C-word, and throwing the cell phone across the room.

TMZ says police came to the scene after the fight and questioned Pivarnick. No one was arrested.

Mayne is also suing the hotel, claiming Trump Taj Mahal security staff did nothing to stop the fight, TMZ says.

According to the tabloid, Angelina’s lawyer says: “We believe Angelina is innocent of any allegations and if there is any legal action, we will fight it vigorously.”

Radar Online says Mayne claims the attack left her with “temporary and permanent bodily injuries” that she “will endure great pain and suffering” from. Mayne says she will have seek physicians and other health care provider’s serivces as a result of the injuries which interrupted her normal business affairs.

The website reports Mayne is suing for unspecified damages and wants a trial by jury.

Hmm I never thought of that but Jenni recently tweeted she got her hard drive back eventually but it was no use because it was ruined and she appeared on the after-show with Snooki and was close to tears talking about the physical abuse she suffered from him?

This week's episode was good. I love that Sammi and Jenni are friends again now, I like them both and hated that they fell out. Deena makes me laugh, I want to see more of her.

I love lots of US reality shows but this one really bores me. I just find them all totally unappealing. Just common white trash. Not funny or likeable..just dumb and slutty.

I still have half season 2 that I can't be bothered to watch. Don't get its huge appeal at all.

JS is good but TRW is so much better, it is exactly the same as JS but the character have depth to them.
