Default Glyns Letter

Did anyone feel that Glyn's letter was a little too much information about what has made him popular in the house and could be interpreted as telling him what to do to win?

Couldn't all the letters be interpreted as such?

Not to any where near the same extent.

Firstly, all that was mentioned was how funny some of glyns sayings were in the diary room, so I can't see why that would be breaking rules, as BB probably read all the letters anyway to check.

Maybe, or maybe they were just stating examples of what Glyn has done to make his family and friends so proud and supportive of him.

If we are going down this route, this might sound very harsh as Richard did have a right to know, but could Richards letter be seen as a sympathy vote, even if that was not how it was meant to be portrayed.

Richard hadn't even brought up his mother at any stage so it is not playing for any sympathy on his part. He has stayed a strong character with all this going on in the background and he is an amazing housemate.

Glyn was basically told in no round about way to continue his silly DR rants, and their views was basically telling him all was going to plan.

I'm still cheesed off Pete did'nt get his letter from home .. he was part of the original prisoners, and BB should have made an exception.. he was clearly distressed about it. If they relented , and let him have his letter after all the others had there's it would have made brilliant watching, seeing his reaction.

..The Swines!!!!!!!!

I do think you are looking too much into it though, I am sure the other letters said the same.

However I do understand what you mean about Richard, and I do have a lot of respect for him, but this will boost his fanbase, no matter how much anyone likes it, it has made you like Richard even more as you have just said that Richard has been good EVEN with the bad background, so now people are including this, so I can't see why anyone is complaining as everyone knew that the letters would be a major factor into how we would now percieve them until the end of the series.

I don't think the letter makes people like him or like him more as such, i just think it makes people understand him a little more and respect him.

Anyway back to the letters Glyns was the only one I thought that gave him a clear message....Imogens seemed as if she didn't know who it was from and there was no content really that could help her in the house. Ash got one hint of "don't take any crap". Richard was more informative and to set him at ease rather than give away any hints. Spirals I didn't really understand much of nor remember it lol and Glyns was very clear and very helpful to him as a housemate. He was getting told to continue being silly if not raise the sillyness up a little more, continue to rant away in the DR etc etc.
