Does this hysterical knee-jerk reaction actually relate to anyone in particular? Or is the question hypothetical? In either case, if you're going to forcibly sterilise someone because "chances are" they may have a baby with "all sorts of problems", are you also going to sterilise people who have a genetic disease that may be passed on? How about drug adicts who get pregnant? Are you going to sterlise them too?

Hardly the same thing though is it...people born with a genetic disease cant actually help it. You CAN help having sex with a relative.
Meh, I dont know the exact statistics or anything. I think incest makes you 3 times more likely to have a baby with defects or something. If you want to shag your sister/brother, get on with it, but dont pass problems on to innocent people through your **** ups. |

For once I agree with you.......Prison won't solve that problem. Neither will seeing a shrink. Incest is a perverted form of sexuality and you can't change that.......

Are people sent to prison nowadays for committing Incest? Offhand I cant recalll any cases recently in the UK where people have been prosecuted and then sentenced to prison for committing Incest, though some people have had the charge included in other charges lists like rape sexual assualt etc.
Todays justice system doesnt always prosecute people who transgress slightly outdated laws. |
