Default Sissy and Nush

Does anyone think Sissy was being geniune when talking to Big Brother last night? I can actually see where she is coming from regarding her worries about Nush. And i think it was really good and like she said 'grown up' to go and talk to Nush even though she only admitted a small majority of her feelings. I like Sissy i don't really like her but i don't have any problems with her. But I think her comments about the most popular member of the house will get her booted out the door on friday if she has been nominated - which i think she has (feel it in my waters) x But i shall wait to see who she has been nominated against untill i begin my KEEP SISSY IN campaign - just in case it is my beloved Scott xxxx

Yep, I do agree with you, Stu.

Sissy's not my favourite housemate by any means (see my 'virtual nomination'!!) but I did admire her for following up her chat with BB in the diary room by actually talking to Nush about her concerns.

Incidentally, did you notice how the conversation between Nush and Sissy started with Sissy telling Nush how upset she had been with her . . . . and ended with Sissy actually apologising to Nush for upsetting her about something else? I thought that was VERY clever. There's more to Nush that meets the eye!

I really think that sissy is genuinely an emotional person whereas nush was able to manipulate the conversation round so that sissy ended up consoling her.

It's becoming more apparent by the day that Nush is playing a very clever game.

She's got all the guys thinking she's 'Miss Sweetness & Light', the girls think she's lovely and she's just taking it all on board and will, no doubt, store it up for the future.

I actually felt sorry for Sissy (gasp!) - I felt she was very genuine when expressing her upset to BB and I thought it was good that she went and spoke to Nush about it to clear the air. It's a shame then that Nush appeared to turn the whole situation to her own advantage and made Sissy feel sorry for upsetting her!!

Nice one Nush!!

Nush has recently broken away from a cult, so we have been told.

If that is the case then certain cult type traits are still in her system which still need deprogramming. Cults are very good a manipulation and sometimes it can become second nature. Also even after a person breaks away the reach can still affect someone even when out of contact from the cult group.

(Incidentally does anyone know what the cult was so I can mug up on it ? )

I once had a close call with what is termed one of the Chrisitian cults, so I have a special interest in these matters.

Sissy's storm in a teacup It's mad really because these little rows would be nothing only for the lack of food. The interactive on e4 made out as well, with over hype that all hell had broken loose when I read it this morning. Floods of tears they said, I never saw one.

Big Brother would like to remind housemates that ALL nominations are confidential and are NOT to be discussed at any time

Sticks the Sunday Mirror did a piece on her Guru yesterday who is Anton Simmha. He was aparrently guiding Nush to become the "Spiritual Master" but when they knew she was going into the BB house they said she would have to give the "minimalist lifesyle group" 17% of any prize money. Her original film that she did to be shown before she entered the house was changed to show none of the group. There was no name for the group but it was in the cotwolds.

Don't know if this is of any help.

When I watched the Sissy/Nush conversation on the E4 highlights (thanx again peachy!) Nush did apologise to Sissy and I thought she took Sissy's comments very well.

The remarks she made back to Sissy I thought were part of her clearing the air between the two of them and getting things out in the open herself.

I think that all this shows is Nush is more mature at handling conflict than Sissy - I don't think she's manipulative.

Well Sticks, according to her mother, Nush has never been involvd with a cult and it's all a load of rubbish.

Sorry to offend anyone who is really keen on Nush, but as I've said on another thread I think she is playing a very clever game.

She has worked out that to stay to the end you have to make yourself fairly bland, and try to be everything to everyone. Sissy has sussed this and I think the other girls will before long. That Miss Goody Two Shoes act she puts on is just soo over the top. Rather than Penny she reminds me a bit of Elizabeth, but without the bitching.

Good on Sissy for facing her up. She didnt let it fester, but Nush very cleverly turned it round so that Sissy looked to be in the wrong.

the only problem with having tactics and 'making' yourself timid and quiet is that it will all fall through in the end and you wouldn't be able to hold up the farcard for that long! OH i don't know i'm confused now on the whole situation - i need a hug from Scott!

I've just watched this on the C4 show that was shown last night and have a couple more points to add:

1) The incident was heavily editted and came out more in favour of Sissy than Nush - was this because the C4 big cheeses already know she was up for nomination? Nush's apology was not shown, neither was Sissy's stroppy reaction to Nush's comments.

2) It strikes me that Sissy is a far bigger game player than Nush. Sissy has admitted to watching at least 2 previous series' of BB, so she knows how the game works and must have her own tactics to try and win.
