Jeez anyone would have thought they had murdered someone, more important news out there. Plus had to laugh at some people getting annoyed at his kids being at OT yesterday when it's common for players families to be on the pitch at the end of the season.

it more about the sick and twisted society we live in today

everyone is taking moral high ground, abusing him and ridiculing him, the story has been sensationalised beyond belief

all of a sudden we supposed to forget what a fantastic footballer and ambassador of the game he has been throughout his career, because he had an alleged affair?

what about the concept of forgiveness, understanding, compassion for other people?
all these ideas are lost on people today

The strain was plain to see on the face of both Ryan Giggs and his wife today.

After being named in Parliament by MP John Hemming as the player who had used a gagging order to hide details of a six-month affair with former Big Brother contestant Imogen Thomas, Giggs wore a pained expression as he arrived at Manchester United's training ground today.

He was meant to be preparing for a game tonight, but could be forgiven if his mind was elsewhere.

Stacey Giggs, meanwhile, who has stayed silent throughout the scandal, was pictured without her wedding ring today leaving the family home in Worsley, Greater Manchester.

Police were later called to the street where the couple lives after reports that a number of cars belonging to the paparazzi had been damaged.

Officers found that six vehicles had been attacked by a group of masked men who approached in a van.
