I understand your frustration, but you are missing the technicalities.

Basically, certain stuff can't be shown before 9. After 9, anything can be shown unless it's like SUPER bad. (And Big Brother crossed the super bad line a lot, which is why C4 turned into pussies.)

Totally agree with this, nothing should be cut out of a film and Titanic has nothing in it I would say should be cut out. I watched it on Sky when I was 7.

That's the American rating, all films less than X rated are PG 13/15/etc in the states.

BB aired for the most part after the watershed so the censoring of that isn't really comparable to this.

Big Brother is a health programme. It's a documentary about how your health deteriorates over time when trapped in a small house with a bunch of fame hungry freaks. Therefore we should be seeing nudity, violence, booze, rowdy housemates etc.
