It was the Last House on the Left (2009), because of

a rape scene
I found that the most disturbing experience I've had in the cinema.

And of stuff I've downloaded, I recently watched Grace, pretty disturbing.

Although I try avoid spoilers about things I'm going to watch, I usually find out a bit about horror films before I see them now, just in case they're too much.

When I was a kid the movie Twister scared the **** out of me. Kept thinking a tornado was gonna come out of nowhere and kill everyone.

And Deep Impact. Always thought a comet was going to come and end the world after that.

I have yet to watch a movie about the end of the earth since watching that when I was about 6

But I like the movie Twister now

I'm a sick individual. The scarier, the more stomach churnig the movie - the better.... possibly because it is fiction - but when it's based on reality - that's when abhorrence and disgust kicks in.
