Think of water. Sounds crazy. But think of sipping cool water and being laid listening to a nice sea. It's calming

Swithering whether to have a hot choc. Thought of it reappearing though.....

I'll try the water.... have a little pond out the back, might put the hose over it on a trickle... see if the noise helps soothe. In fact, Kerry...that's a good idea.
