The old Cher is pretty much dead.. Knocked off her perch by a much younger, better Cher.

As much as I loved Cher, she will not last in the industry. This song has seen to that. She had potential and they have not used it.

what's fastest selling blahblah gotta do with anything?

Record sales are a marathon not a sprint. Rolling in the deep took longer but has sold more than BTW and is the biggest seller of the year worldwide.
