i'm going to try and give up smoking friday after my last ever a level xx how many did you used to smoke a day? x

Quite a lot anything up to 20 a day It's not that bad giving up really i thought i would be smoking again by now but i don't even feel like one
I haven't been around for a bit i'm into BB so badly that after work i'm straight to the TV for the evening

well i usually smoke an average of ten a day so if you can do it i'm sure i can x well done your an inspriation x
