I believe Kalia's stint as HoH last week was so bad that I think she's the worst HoH in BB history. She had her sights set on Rachel from the get go and then she failed to capitalise on Jeff winning PoV by putting Jordan up as replacement nominee. How stupid must they be (especially Lawon) to think that the evicted houseguest would come straight back in with HoH or some 'special power'. Kalia should have stuck to her guns and gone full out to send Rachel packing. It seems as if her week had no effect on the house, other than sending a floater home (who was terrible at competitions).

Definately - he was worse. He lost the season for Janelle. As i believe Janelle & Howie would of been final 2.

Kaysar was really bad in BB7. He let other people control his thoughts and ended up putting two people up who only had each other to allign with. He could of put up Will when he had the chance, but he didn't.

Howie is still worse, he put up 2 alliance members & got rid of one.
Kaysar didn't put up like James & Howie or Janelle & James..

Kaysar told Howie and the rest of his alliance before he was evicted the first time that they should get rid of James. Kaysar was a terribly overrated player that made nothing, but bad moves.

People may not agree, but I'd say Jessica BB8 is up there. she never made her own decisions - she let Eric decide everything for her. As a result she got rid of two allies while ignoring her gut, which told her correctly that the people she was protecting (the donatos) would come after her and get her out - which happened just 1 week after she was HOH the second time.
