Sorry if this has been posted before, but I think if it had have been there'd have been a bit of a furore.

I was just rewatching last night's episode and heard one of the housemate's say something that definitely was not meant to be heard:

When the housemates scarper to the bedroom to pick beds/just before Kerry is called to the diary room for the second time Amy asks another housemate (I don't know who) "Where's your iPod?"...

Now, I'm pretty sure in the past iPod's haven't been allowed into the house - maybe the celebrities made higher demands this year? Maybe THIS is why there's no Live Feed at the minute - there'd be too much for us to accidentally stumble upon:

If someone else could actually rewatch that clip and tell me if I'm wrong - and if I am forgive me - but even with Amy's sometimes hard to decipher accent, she definitely, in my opinion asked where someone's iPod was.

No it was definitely just a two syllable word that sounded very like iPod (that's if it wasn't iPod)

After three listens she definitely asks "where's your iPod?" - you'd think the producers or whoever is editing the show would have heard it and turned Amy's mic down on the final version.

I never heard the ipod thing but at the end of the show when the camera went to Kerry in the diary room it sounded as if she was having a conversation with someone then she stopped abruptly, I'm sure it sounded like who am I supposed to be speaking to?

I was a bit suspicious of that myself, but watching back I'm sure Kerry's saying something like "I'll just talk to myself then"

I remember this. I thought she could hear Brian talking about Kerry to the camera since the DR is right at the front edge of the house.

When it comes to the iPod, she probably meant the mic.

I have looked at the clip a few times and I am sure she meant to say mic. I do not think BB would allow i pods would they??

It's hardly a big deal if one of them has an iPod and with the Kerry thing it's obvious that she was called to the Diary Room and then made to wait or they might have talked to her about something random and then switched to the nominations when the live segment happened.

I'm just theorising here - but it's starting to make more and more sense, and it could especially explain why there's no LiveFeed at the minute in the Celebrity edition. Notice how Endemol/C5 didn't mention whether the LF would exist or not until days before the show started? I'd say they were waiting to see what their housemates demands were - and if they WERE struggling to get big names, I'm sure they'd be willing to let them bring in iPods (and even phones) in my opinion.... I really doubt Tara would go into the house without ANY contact with her husband... but this is me being sceptical....

but yes, back to the 'iPod' comment - I don't think Amy's that stupid - calling a microphone an iPod, she's worked with many a microphone on TOWIE... It could have been a slip-up granted but I doubt it....
