I think it has more to do with her. She seems very self conscious. I think she likes Jay more & didn't want to be rejected by him. I think she does like Aaron but more on a level that she wouldn't be as upset if he doesn't return the feelings.

Nah. She clearly changed her mind when Aden told her that Jay fancied Louise first and Faye second. Ironically, Aaron said that too ...

But Faye clearly fancies Jay. Although, Christ knows why ...
