The only problems people will have is if they text and can't spell. To be fair Aisleyne is quite difficult to spell and people call her Ash anyway.

If you have been hotlinking them, then that's why they aren't there. The best thing to do with banners/graphics is save them to your computer, and then upload them to an image hosting account that belongs to you. Then you can link to them without hotlinking...
