I've been told he got AEE, but whether that's true or not I don't know.
I doubt it is because I don't think that those grades would've got him into Bangor University.

A in Art and E in Welsh and English? He never took the last two but got through on his GCSE A stars.

Yeah his coursework got him two Es in Welsh and English. Clever lad. his GCSE results were mostly A stars!
