Sorry i've entered this as a new subject don't know why!!!!!
Got it!!! The pictures are absolutely beautiful. Especially the first one with them sitting amidst the flowers. Paul's friendship ring is very similar to Helen's isn't it? Lovely to see H still taking the mickey out of Paul about his cooking!! They're soooooooo lovely ![]() ![]() Good bit at the bottom about Davina needing a hat soon. |

Oh well, as you've started a new topic on it, it would be rude not to join in. The cooking comments were hilarious and exactly what we know they would say. I'm pleased to hear Helen is still a messy eater, but Paul still hasn't been put off.
As for "Helen's got so much energy she'll live to 100", just makes me think of really bad jokes about long-life batteries. ![]() However, I expect to be chuckling over the croissant photo for some weeks to come. ![]() |

Chilled, let's face it, this was good enough for ten threads, so don't apologise!
Fantastic, lovely and breath-taking. She's got him on the brink, he's dithering just a very wee bit, (at the moment?!??!!!), but he is going, going, ................. Feefs, nice picture but what DO you mean? Can I just say, I love all the pics, and they just have to stay together, get married and have loads of children, and grandchildren, just so they can look back at them and go aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh ![]() Now, a bit of artistic licence from the photographer I know, but H&P engrossed in Le Figaro? Classic! One can just imagine how they will discuss it together, slipping effortlessly from reading out the salient passages to each other, into their native tongue to discuss the article about the euro, laugh at the editorial. What japes! P: Regardez vouz Helen! Tres jolie! Ici, mon amour, ici! H: Oh, Paul |

It's seems it's not just us appreciating Helen's new range of reading material. According to People News HERE The Mail had the following to say
Quote:
![]() ![]() ![]() I hope this isn't patronising, because I'm sure you all scoured the whole magazine, but did everyone see the photo on page 41 in the sort of contents list? ![]() The world is suddenly a better place. ![]() |

Yes, I did indeed see that photo, Lesley Caron, and Louis Jordan(I think), eat your heart out!!
However, my personal favourites, as previously discussed with Peachy amidst unseemly drooling and fantisising, are as follows: The fountain: OH MY GOD! Just HOW bloody gorgeous does he look there???? He is looking wistfully out there, thinking... 'Rob, I know you're out there, and I know you are looking back at me through that lens. I can feel your eyes burning into me. It will always be you. I can't stop thinking of Hadley Wood. But we have to be strong. My place is here now. We will be together in the next life, but until then, adeiu, my love!' AND, of course, Le Tower Eiffel! What a scorcher! The dalliance in the daffodils is not the only tongue in cheek shot this photographer took methinks! What was he thinking of? The body language though!!! I can feel that one Mr Clarke, and Helen has lost herself completely. her arms are limp! I suspect they have forgotten that the photographer is there at all...............PPPHHHEEEWWW! ![]() |

Ah yes, La Tour Eiffel ... Me thinks the photographer had a little subtext going there too. Obviously he wanted something symbolic in the background relevant to the situation. The Eiffel Tower was too mocked by many in the early days, but is now recognised as a thing of greatness that will last for some time!
![]() ROB - Unlike the Eiffel Tower, I don't think there is anything significant about the croissant photo. Perhaps it's me being thick and basic, but the sight of Helen with her mouth open and Paul waiving a croissant makes me laugh. It's a safe bet this was a pose they came up with all on their own, and isn't in the standard book of Hello! poses for romantic couples. I noticed Helen showing us she's still a loose limbed girl, but it's not just the arms! ![]() Now, are we all remembering to vote for them as out most attractive people. Helen is doing very well given the competition, but Mr Clarke needs more support. His competition is tough, and there is little chance he can compete with Will or Gareth. Even with the rubbish beard Jude Law is doing well, but surely Jamie Oliver isn't allowed to be more attractive than him? Get voting ladies (and gentlemen too). ![]() vote link |

The posed photos are stunning - Helen looks ecstatically happy and Paul looks moody and magnificent, but .........
my favourite pictures are the ones where they appear to be oblivious to the camera - the pillow fight sequence, and especially the one taken in the restaurant. To me, these pics sum up Helen and Paul's relationship completely - friendship, bags of fun, and oodles of lurve! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

![]() ![]() Having disdainfully refused the opportunity I offered him to read my precious P&H Hello! on Wenesday, imagine my surprise to find OH in flagrante this morning, avidly reading the very article! He may scoff, but he is an old softie really! Having tried to look as if he'd accidentally opened the magazine, he was stumped when I reminded him he was in the kitchen and I'd left it in the study! Several grumpy mumbles later, he admitted: 'Well, I'm glad for them if it works out, good luck to them' Then, just as I thought he wasn't a bad old thing after all: 'But at least I'm not bloody obsessed with them. Get a bloody grip woman!' |
