Default The Series

When they fail a food task they receive meals almost every evening.
They receive alcohol almost each night.
Nobody has seemed to run out of tobacco.
They are allowed to discuss nominations
They have written several times without punishment.

This generous treatment has led to the most quarrelsome-free BB ever.

Oh for a bit of the Nick Bateman strictness.

SINCE IT HAS GONE TO CH5 IT HAS GONE TO POT < AND I HAD SUCH HIGH HOPES < i am so let down i had to shout that lol

ch5 dont have a clue what they are doing and they could have a gold mind in there hands and make it the best thing on tv - instead they want to bore us all to death.

Yes, I tend to agree.
This series was pretty much like watching a group of people on holiday. It didn't seem to matter if they failed a task or succeeded in it, they suffered no real hardships or punishments for flouting the rules.
No one really had any reason to get quarrelsome, there was plenty of drink, tobacco, takeaway meals, and more chocolate and sweets than in Willy Wonker's factory.
Just a nice holiday for them really and therefore pretty boring to watch.

It's been way too easy for them and most of the weekly shopping tasks have been absolutely atrocious particularly the fake gorilla task, how was that one challenging in anyway?

Its been the most boring series since BB4 in my opinion. Its been so bad theyve had to fill the space with repeats from the previous nights!

Give em a break! It is the first series on CH5 to be fair, and we need to praise the fact that it hasn't yet turned into a BB11 fest

People need to look at BIG BROTHER ON CHANNEL 5 as a new Big Brother and people shouldnt compare it to the 'OLD' big brother - purely because its NOT the same. Therefore things WILL be different. I think people are thinking BB on Ch5 would be the exactly the same as BBCH4 - but it would never be EXACTLY the same, and i think thats what people need to remember.

I think ive used the capitals a little too much! haha Hopefully you will see my point.

If people want to encourage BB to be stronger on Channel 5 - then they need to be supportive of the changes.

I think, Benji, your logic needs a little attention.

Well done Scotty for correcting the spelling errors but 'to' should be 'too'.

But you get my point though? People need to think of BB positively, there are too many BB fans that are negative about a show that they love, and people should be grateful that it's still going and should put up with the Changes it's made.

I've never warmed up to the wake-up musical montage, dramatic music overlays and the name tags.
Use name tags for the first week, but drop it after that.

But it's because a new channel has it, you can't expect it to be the same as last year? Who knows what the future holds for BB on 5!

Channel 5 bought the series, but they aren't making it. It's the same production company as before.

Scotty
Apologies for being over pedantic but well done for thinking about these things.
So many posters do not and that makes reading their contributions quite painful.
