I love snow, but prefer it for just Christmas, as it effects the roads too much, especially when it starts to get slushy and/or icy for those who still have to get to and from work. Would be nice I suppose to see it snow Christmas eve for that real Christmas feel to it, and also maybe New Years eve. Doubt it will though

It actually snowed here Christmas Day last year. I would love it to snow Christmas Eve, don't think it ever will

It was exactly like that this time last year in Cumbria (and far worse here in this part of Scotland) - I remember as I'd to travel down to East Midlands and was furious that I was still expected to do the journey given the weather conditions.

I made it, only to have the 3 days course abandoned half way into it..... and had the delightful job of driving all way flipping way back through even worse conditions.

Lesson learned there was: work were politely told to ram it next time.
