aw poor lass! love that song, watching it on +1 when my dtr comes in havent decided who i like yet. One thing i have noticed different from the UK is the male and female contestants sing similar styles of music with a lot of verbal gymnastics.

Didn't like last nights episode much, I wish they would revert to the straight forward format of just whittling it down gradually on individual auditions. Most of those who were shown last night won't make it through, they are all too gobby/arrogant/up themselves/not talented enough/spoilt/whiny...delete as appropriate. I like it when they announce the lineup

yeah, it's best from the live shows onwards, although I do like seeing the announcements for who made it.
