The veteran actor, producer, and musician Bruce Willis is set to play his favorite role as John McClane in the fifth sequel of the most popular action movie franchise Die Hard.

Bruce Willis has been carrying the famous Die Hard series which is a series of four action films beginning with Die Hard in 1988. All four films lead role are based on the character of John McClane (portrayed by Bruce Willis), a New York City police detective who always ends up at wrong place in wrong time and gets himself into fighting with a group of terrorists in each episode. Earlier Bruce Willis stated that he return as John McClane, and Willis also added that he would like to see Live Free or Die Hard director Len Wiseman taking the director’s seat and also wishes to see the story take place outside of the United States of America, with a tentative title of Die Hard 24/7.

Now the fifth installment has been announced to be released on Valentine’s Day 2013, and movie has been titled A Good Day to Die Hard. FOX Studio’s indicated that Patrick Stewart is under strong consideration for the film’s main villain, a disgraced Russian general who plots the assassination of the visiting U.S. President.

Apart from the fifth sequel Willis will be starring in the movie adaptation of the video game Kane & Lynch: Dead Men, named Kane & Lynch. He will also star in the upcoming movies Catch .44, The Cold Light of Day, Moonrise Kingdom, and Looper.
