So the bloke is from Gran Pulse then? Now I think about it his outfit does look a little like Fang's. I've heard that the girl (LeBlanc? I can't remember) in Snow's group has a bigger playable role in this one, not sure how true that is though.

I decided to give XIII another whirl after all. I probably wont be finished it in time for XIII-2 but I am enjoying it much more this time around. To my great shame I really like Vanille in that awful nerdy anime way sex starved males like myself like JRPG women.
Hope's still a massive prick though. |

Vanille is really likeable xD I like her friendship with Sahz too. I think Hope can be excused for being a bit of a prick, I mean he's just been kicked out of his home and lost his mum and now the world is after him xD

I got two hours of it in today, just made it to the first time portal. I'm really enjoying it although I despise Caius. Villains that telegraph their own attacks with cryptic nonsense earns nothing but my scorn.

I've just completed the place with the eclipse, the story is really interesting so far. It reminds me of Chrono Trigger.
I tried beating Omega Weapon afterwards but I got my ass beat. I think you have to recruit him later on. |

This game....is god damn fantastic, aside from the awesome gameplay, it really expands the universe, also it doesn't feel like a tacked on sequel (X-2) it feels like a continuation
