Nick has been a waste of a character because he was a prick in the first series. I've come to like all of them this series

Enjoyed last night's episode, there were some really sweet moments [like the science scene with the bunsen burners]

As individual eps they have been good but I dont think they flow that well.

I liked Nick's ep too and agree with Jordan about the characters

The last 2 episodes have been the 2 lowest episode ratings the show has ever had by a long way, and that's including +1

Also this year I dont feel any great love for any of the characters, likewise none irritate me or are particularly boring.

I enjoyed tonight's again, seriously there's not been an episode yet that I haven't.

Loved the twist with Poppy...really didn't see that coming, and yet watching back the first half afterwards, all the signs are there. She was really hot though...and I stand by that considering the actress is 19

I think the overall storyline is finally starting to take shape as well, looking forward to the rest of the episodes. Sadly, I get the feeling Skins will be over forever in three weeks

Why? It doesn't get the huge ratings it used to on the overnights but over 1m watched the first episode of this season with 4OD combined. I'm assuming a lot of people use timeshift too and watch the episodes at a time which suits them. It's still a popular show for E4.

Because I seem to be one of the only ones that is enjoying this series out of the people I know, the rest have either given up watching or just slag it off, or both. From what I've glanced at in the DS thread (I don't read it properly because there's spoilers in there) they seem to think the same and that it'll finish after this series as well. I don't know, I just can't see them casting another generation, I think they think it's run its course, as do some other people.

I hope I'm wrong, but I really can't see another series being commissioned.

Jack- I swear last year they confirmed there'd be a seventh and eighth series?

I'm looking forward to a new cast, could be good- I've really warmed to this generation.

last episode was a little odd... I think next week looks good though

I didn't like them jumping around at the end. it was just weird.

I do think they did well with the whole delaying going to the doctor thing... until there was nothing there.
But I think they did her depression justice. Liv just needed someone like that older woman to understand how she felt
