The 26-year-old from Enfield, north London was arrested in July, shortly after he being evicted from the Channel 4 show.

A woman alleged Sezer raped her while on a date at the Great Eastern Hotel, next to Liverpool Street railway station, in the early hours of July 21.

The stockbroker, who denied the allegation, was arrested the following day and released on bail.

A police spokeswoman confirmed no further action would be taken against the reality TV contestant.

Sezer enraged Big Brother fans with his cocky self-belief and womanising.

Despite his popularity within the house – particularly with Welsh beauty Imogen – he was astounded when he became the first housemate to be booted off the show’s seventh series with a landslide viewer vote.
So he was air brushed out of the BB7 final and the reunion and the case never even reaches the CPS.

I feel sorry for the guy. Sezer has missed out on re-entering the house, the final eviction finale, BBLB shows, not to mention press coverage and magazine articles. But much worse than all that his name will forever be asssociated with a rape charge and there will always be people who suspect he is guilty whatever the outcome.

This is another example of why those who are accused of rape should be allowed to keep their anonymity.

My understanding is that anonimity is not granted in case there are other victims. If the defendant has been accused of raping one person maybe the defendant has been raping other women. His name must therefore be publicised so the other victims can come forward.

Found this Sezers been accused of rape TWICE and the cases have been dropped these are BEFORE he went on BB so somthing funny is going on with him... he does seem to think he can get ANY WOMAN he want:

I hope he is now allowed to get on with his life now this cloud is not hanging over his head.

If there is not enough evidence to prosecute then he has the right to say he is innocent and for people to leave him alone.
