I brought out my own version. Look at my toned physique. The weight just fell off.

so much great advice, thanks guys. But I had fish and chips today hehe

Tomorrow starting fresh and stealing some of the tips from here. Def gonna start some taebo again, and look into zuma. sigh And the dunkan diet...hmmm goes to google

Just for the record (because I keep thinking about it) I know 11 stone makes me sound huge, but I wasn't that big My mum weighed less than me at the time and she was bigger.

I think it varies for different people, like a fat person could be 9 stone and a skinny person could be 13 stone. Doesnt bone size have something to do with it as well?

I'm slim... but I would put on weight easily if I didn't work at it. Very few carbs, no sugar at all, exercise, I walk whenever I can, always take the stairs, go to the gym even though I hate it... and I take at least a day off a month or I would go mental.
