Default Air pockets in water pipes
I just turned the tap on to fill up my glass of water and when it was about half full the tap suddenly made a really loud popping sound and the water spluttered and it made me **** myself and I screamed like a girl.


Has this happened to anyone else before.

The tap in my kitchen does this all the time. Sometimes it won't pump the water properly and I have to slap it to make the water come out.
