I often wonder if there's an underlying reason why Becky eats.

On one hand she seems to have no intention of losing weight, on the other hand her irritation at Dean's weight comments and distress and wearing combat slacks belie a lack of confidence related to her figure and size. I don't think she's any where near as happy as she makes out but doesn't want to betray her 'happy being fat' persona.

I actually wouldn't have minded a (single) Becky-Arron showmance. Could have been quirky. But I think he gets irritated an put off by girls personalities very easily (hence he turned against Sara after her drunkard Queen rant and against Lauren because of her needy woman-child personality).

I've known Arron is not shallow as he sometimes come off. Ever since the first week, it was obvious he has a sensitive side.

Luke S is the douche bag and it was clear since day 1.

I still think if she gets lucrative 'face of diet' offers / 'lose weight' DVD she will take it and ditch her 'happy being fat' stance.

She's relatable to women of all ages and one of the few younger women in public eye who is visibly obese. So the 'diet/ plus size' industry will use her. She may be the biggest earner as Ashleigh and her glamour modelling nipple out ambitiouns are two-a-penny.

Oh God save us from the inevitable diet regime and fitness DVD. I have no wish to see her huffing and puffing through a Zumba routine, only to be back in the mags a year later fatter than she was before.

Yes, am seeing that with Arron. I think the pranking, rebelling, picking on Deana nonsense clouded this. He just does things to make Conor love him. He's desperate for Conor's loving!

That wedding picture also doesn't really tell much. She surely had Professional makeup done for that, and its a head shot at a flatering angle. Her weight could be the same there as it is now, no way to tell. Sure, she looks decent I guess, but give her a makeover right now and a decent photographer, and I'm sure she'd look the same.

I think people are focusing too much on Becky and scrapping the barrel to find something they like about her appearance imo, to try and level things out for her.

I honestly think Becky needs to go easy with the makeup - maybe lose the red lipstick. She makes these over-exaggerated mouth movements and the lips just look like a baboon's ass.

She just wears a lot - heavy eye makeup, too much blush, lots of lipstick - that combo makes her look like a caricature. And it does not help that she's always screaming, making faces, or eating - so you don't see much about her personality.

Exactly when Becky jumped in pool on arrival Luke S and Conor gave each other a smug look. Then Luke S branded her least attractive, Arron didn't. I don't think Becky's size is an issue for him especially when you see his mum and 2 sisters.

Very interesting. I found Luke S's mom to be someone Ashleigh could turn out to be. Maybe that's what they see in each other.

Becky reminds Aaron of his family, Ash reminds Luke of the trash in his family.
