It sounds like Hollyoaks are still filming the Later episodes and from what I have been hearing it sounds like the Brendan/Walker storyline will be good, Mitzeee's too but I am dreading the teen one.

Hollyoaks star Emmett Scanlan has admitted that his character Brendan Brady will become "totally paranoid" in the coming days.

As seen in pictures released on Sunday, Brendan's attempts to hijack Sampson's drug deal backfire next week when he and Walker (Neil Newbon) end up trapped inside a factory, surrounded by police.

Realising that someone has grassed him up to the authorities, Brendan is left to wonder who is plotting against him.

Scanlan told Inside Soap: "When Brendan gets back to the village, he has no idea where Sampson is or how the deal went so wrong.

"He's totally paranoid and suspects everyone of sabotaging his plans. He's constantly looking over his shoulder - and the situation is going to get more and more perilous."

Brendan and Walker's failed drug plot plays out in a special standalone edition of Hollyoaks which focuses entirely on the storyline.

Scanlan said: "The episode is a standalone story and is shot in the style of the movie Reservoir Dogs. It features flashbacks from when Brendan and Walker first met, and you learn about their history."

Hollyoaks airs the episode next Tuesday (August 14) at 6.30pm on Channel 4.

I am catching up on the episode from yesterday. Poor Amy, sad exit she has and I will miss her character.

Liam seems nice so far.

I like how Dr Browning stands up to Mercedes and the whole cat/mouse thing between them, she should give up on trying to get back with the drip that is Riley.

Hollyoaks schemer Mercedes McQueen will continue to find herself at the centre of drama when she is kidnapped!

Mercedes (Jennifer Metcalfe) has crossed a number of people in recent weeks, and she will soon add another enemy to her list - Mitzeee's newly-released cellmate Shayne.

Shayne has been desperate to secure some of Riley's cash, but when she turns up in the village and makes more demands, Riley and Mercedes team up and manage to double-cross her.

Show bosses are keeping tight-lipped about who kidnaps Mercedes the next day - has Shayne come back for revenge, or is somebody else responsible?

Nice one Vanessa. I thought this too, a while back and then thought maybe I was wrong and I also thought that was going to turn out to be his connection with Ally as well, maybe Ally is in witness protection? Could still be?

Loving this weeks episodes, Hollyoaks by far the most superior soap atm, long may it continue

It's amazing how they keep stuff a secret too, when all the other soaps major storylines always leak.

Dying for the next e4 installment tonight, I don't think Walker did it. Anyone know anything?

The episodes have not been great really. The editing is killing it mostly. Cutting and pasting scenes all over the place, trying to stick two different plots with the same character together, it's also annoying how characters seem to pop up 20mins into an episode for a short scene.
